Payment
Every order is paid in full at checkout, whether you pick it up or we ship it.
Pickup in Richmond
- Free pickup at 1717 E Main St, Richmond, VA 23223 (Shockoe Bottom). Tuesday to Friday 11–6, Saturday 11–5.
- Choose pickup at checkout, then come in for your fitting. The floor confirms your size with a tape before anything is hemmed.
- Hemming is included and done in house. Your order is ready about a week after your fitting, and we text you when it is.
Shipping
- Standard shipping is free on orders of $70 or more, which covers every suit and every look. Under $70 it's $8.
- Express shipping is $15.
- We ship within the United States. Rates are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Items that don't need tailoring ship within 2 business days. Tailored items ship once alterations are done, usually within 7 days of your fitting.
- You'll get a tracking number by email when your order leaves the shop.
- Need it by a date? Tell us at checkout. If we can't make it, we'll call you before any work begins.
Returns and exchanges
- Bring back or send back any item within 14 days of pickup or delivery, unworn and unaltered, with its tags and original packaging. Choose an exchange, store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
- Once a suit, jacket or trousers have been hemmed or tailored to your measurements, that piece is final sale. If our tailoring isn't right, we fix it at no charge.
- A complete look is priced as a set, so return it as a set: all pieces, unworn, within 14 days.
- Group orders become final once alterations begin for any man in the party. Before then, we'll happily change sizes, colours or the number of men.
- Shipped orders: text or email us first and we'll send return instructions. Original shipping is refunded only if we made the mistake.
- Damaged or wrong item: tell us within 7 days and we'll make it right at our cost.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and check the item.
The Stockroom
Stockroom suits are one of a kind in each size and don't restock, so exchanges depend on what's left on the rack. Returns follow the same 14-day rule.
