Pick up in the shop

• Free pickup at 1717 E Main St, Richmond, VA 23223 (Shockoe Bottom). Tuesday to Friday 11–6, Saturday 11–5.
• We text you when your order is ready. Bring your order number.

Shipping

• We ship within the United States. Rates are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Items that don't need tailoring ship within 2 business days.
• Tailored items ship once alterations are done, usually within 7 days of your fitting.
• You'll get a tracking number by email when your order leaves the shop.

Need it by a date?

• Tell us your date in the Fitting Room or at checkout. If we can't make it, we'll call you before any work begins.
